Revlon’s board of directors has elected Juan R. Figuereo as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Figuereo most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of NII Holdings, Inc., from October 2012 to October 2015. Prior to this, he spent 2009-2012 as EVP and CFO of Newell Rubbermaid Inc.

The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Revlon’s current executive vice president and global president, Revlon Consumer Division, Gianni Pieraccioni, as the new COO. Pieraccioni has served as the company’s executive vice president and global president-Revlon Consumer Division since February 2014.
